Collaborate With Us On Your Next Event

Universal Dreamland offers a toolkit for creative collaboration. Every artist, vision, and project is unique, so we work side-by-side with you, uplifting your vision with our taste, skills, creative ability, and tech. You lead with your art, vision, and energy. We offer event support built for artists, so you can focus on your art while we provide a number of bespoke services tailored to your needs. Here’s what you can expect from a Universal Dreamland collaboration. What’s Included: Marketing Materials & Design: - One custom-designed marketing artwork (poster, tile, or flyer). - Includes one round of revisions. Content Creation & Promotion: - We’ll share your content (if its aligned with our ethos) and showcase you in our channels. - We design and share marketing content on Universal Dreamland’s social channels. - Pre-event interview (as part of our Artist Series) filmed and shared 2–3 times before your show. - Behind-the-scenes, stories, and day-of posts to boost engagement. - 1–2 post-event highlights that celebrate you and your crew. Event Set-Up & Coordination: - Assistance with space setup either on event day or the day prior (subject to venue access). - Help setting up and optimizing sound and visual elements, ensuring a professional, smooth start. - Assistance with event pack down after the show. Live Sound, Photography & Videography: - Sound tech pros ensure you’re heard the way you want. - Our event photographers​/​videographers capture honest, energetic moments from every angle. In-Person Ticket & Merch Sales: - We put our systems in place: running the door, scanning tickets, managing on-the-spot sales (artist covers Square fees). - Our team looks after your merch stand—keeping sales flowing while you focus on the art. Included at no extra cost: Artist Series Interview & Promo - We film you as part of the Universal Dreamland Artist Series: either a solo interview or creative process documentary, professionally produced for pre-event marketing. - This is included to inspire others and help promote both you and your event. - Includes one round of revisions. Optional Add-On: Professional Event Photo & Video Editing: - For an additional $200–$600 (negotiable based on event​/​amount of content), we can professionally edit all event photos and videos for you to use in future promotion or as keepsakes. Terms & Fees: - For our full package, Dreamland receives 35–40% of ticket and merch profits (after merch costs—so what’s left, we split). - If you want to pick and choose services, we’re happy to find a rate that matches what’s needed. - If the bar is part of the event deal, a fair % will be arranged too. - List your event via Artist Hub for online sales (and yes, we recommend making door sales a little extra—helps drive early bookings and keeps the night smooth). - Artist covers payment processing on door​/​merch via Square. - Sometimes we showcase our own Dreamland art​/​merch at events—only if it makes sense and with your OK. - Every detail is agreed upfront, so both sides are heard and everything feels right before the show rolls out.
